adequate stay. some issues noted
small room lack elevator
the room was quite small. it felt cramped with two people. the lack of an elevator was also noticeable, especially with luggage. i had to carry my bags up a few flights of stairs, a bit inconvenient.

traditional style breakfast convenient location friendly staff ironing board
the breakfast offered a traditional english style. it was delicious. the hotel's location proved very convenient, being quite near the railway station. the staff was friendly and helpful . i also appreciated the provided iron and ironing board in my room
The room lacked an elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs presented a small challenge.

the dining room had a nice feel. the omelette i had in the evening included fresh vegetables. poached eggs were available for breakfast, prepared to a high standard, so, i loved it!

staff allowed me to leave my car in the car park prior to check-in. they also extended this flexibility for a few hours after checkout. everyone was very friendly, and the service was prompt? the receptionists were helpful.

the staff were lovely. they were wonderfully accommodating when plans changed. the rooms were clean.
the room was warm with the window stuck open. the road was noisy. i did not sleep that well.

quiet room excellent shower large wardrobe fantastic lighting
i liked the quiet back room that overlooked the car park. it was clean and the shower was excellent. i used the ironing board and large wardrobe. the lighting seemed fantastic.
the breakfast has a very limited choice and the staff was not very service-focused.
